Are the interviews actually guaranteed?
Yes—if you meet the program’s performance standard during your work trial, you qualify for a guaranteed job interview. The guarantee is conditional on your performance; it is not a guarantee of a job offer or an interview with a particular company.
Is this a competition?
No. There is no leaderboard and no fixed group of one or two winners. Everyone who meets the performance standard gets an interview. Another student doing well does not take away your opportunity.
What will I actually do during the week?
You’ll take part in a practical work trial: a real-world project or case study with a team. The experience gives you a chance to demonstrate how you approach problems and contribute to the work. The specific brief depends on your track and cohort.

What if I don’t meet the standard?
